Policies & Other Information

We have a 15-day cancellation policy. If something comes up and you are unable to stay any or all of the days you reserved with us you must reschedule or cancel 15 days prior to your date of arrival to receive a full refund minus a $25 booking fee. However, if you cancel or reschedule within the 15-day period prior to your stay, you forfeit your deposit UNLESS we are able to rebook all the days you had reserved.

These are housekeeping cabins; we do not offer maid service. Extra towels are provided at each cabin and additional towels are available at the office. We provide towels, linens, dish soap, dishes, pots, pans, salt & pepper, sugar, coffee & creamer. Kitchen appliances including: range, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. A charcoal barbecue grill is on the deck of your cabin (we do not provide charcoal). Each cabin has a CD player, satellite TV with 6 HBO channels, VCR, stereo and gas fireplace (gas fireplaces are turned off May thru September).

• All cabins are smoke-free inside. Smoking is allowed outside on your deck.
• NO PETS
• We normally require a 2 – 3 night minimum stay. An additional charge of $20 may apply for a one-night stay.
• Rates are based on two people per cabin - $10 charge per additional person will apply ($5 for children 11 and under)
• Rates do not include tax
• We offer a 10% discount to parties staying 5 or more nights.
• Only Jar Candles will be permitted-spilt wax will result in a minimum fee of $100.00
• 50% Deposit is required to hold your reservation. This will be charged to your credit card. If you wish to pay
  with check or money order, please check with us when placing your reservation, acceptations are often made.
  However, we will need to receive your payment within 7 days.
  (We do require a credit card with all reservations even if you choose to pay cash or money order.)
• Final payment (balance due) is due upon arrival and may be made with cash, travelers checks,
  money order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express
• Check-in begins at 2:30 PM (3:00 Sundays) please no early arrivals.
• Check-out is by 11:00 AM
• All prices are subject to change without notice
• If you smoke inside the cabin, bring pets or unregistered guests, you will be billed $200 and/or asked to leave
  with no money refunded.
